Why does my skin feel itchy after application?

This may be part of the skin’s naturalpurging processas it adjusts to a new product. We recommend using it every 2–3 days at first, then gradually increasing frequency to allow your skin time to adapt.

Why does the texture feel heavy or sticky?

Our product may feel rich at first, but it absorbs deeply into the skin. Adjust the amount based on your skin’s needs—apply a pea-sized amount in the morning as a nutrition cream, and use a slightly thicker layer at night as a sleeping pack.

Why does the sheet mask dry out and fall off?

Sheet masks are designed for 10–20 minutes of use. As the essence absorbs, the mask naturally begins to dry, which is a sign that your skin has received its concentrated dose of nutrients.

Why is the cream slightly yellowish in color?

We do not use artificial colorants. The cream’s natural white or yellowish hue comes directly from the extracted ingredients.

Can I use this if I have acne-prone skin?

Our Revitalizing Cream and Serum are designed to deliver moisture and nourishment, not specifically to treat acne. However, the key ingredient TECA has been scientifically shown to help soothe and rejuvenate skin, which may support overall skin health.

Are the products safe to use during pregnancy?

All products are hypoallergenic-tested and suitable for general use. However, since pregnancy can cause hormonal changes and heightened skin sensitivity, we recommend consulting your doctor before use.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of new and unopened beauty products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number to receive a return authorization. Refunds will not be issued without prior authorization.

Once your return is approved and processed, a credit will be issued to the original method of payment for the merchandise amount only. Please note that:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • MADECA is not responsible for the cost of return shipping or for lost/undelivered returns. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover all return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking number provided and completing any required import-fee payment directly through the carrier’s website when prompted.

I received a subscription charge, but I only ordered once. What happened?

We don't offer subscriptions at this time. If you're being charged repeatedly, you likely ordered from a counterfeit website. Please contact your bank immediately to dispute the charges.

Can you cancel my subscription for me?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders or subscriptions placed on counterfeit websites, as we don't operate them. You'll need to contact your bank or the website where you made the purchase.
